I tested Intel XTU Benchmark 2.0 today and noticed thermal throttling at 100°C. With the iCUE H150i RGB PRO XT cooler and front-incoming fans, those temperatures seem high. It’s possible the paste or installation needs attention—consider reapplying paste and checking the AIO pump fit.

Which processor you're using? I anticipate it, especially since a 12900k might slow down to 100°C on a 360mm AIO. The specifics are important.

Running an OC or similar tasks? Verify the motherboard is compatible, as ASUS boards and others sometimes need "MCE" enabled, which can cause excessive voltage and heat. An AIO pump might also be faulty—it's the most frequent issue, often showing up when the CPU throttles under stress.
