Hi, your CPU isn't reaching below 4GHz even when idle. You've adjusted Windows power settings but still need to tweak the overall CPU limit. The board you're using is an MSI B550 Gaming Plus. Anyone experienced with this model? Looking for ways to reduce heat and noise while streaming or watching videos.

The x3d chips are sensitive to power fluctuations. I should be extremely cautious and conduct thorough research before altering any voltage settings for any x3d chip.

Your system's performance appears normal at 3.7 MHz during idle, but the task manager shows faster clock speeds than what the hardware reports.

Do you have the most recent bios? Which tool are you using to verify the speed? The Tassk manager consistently displays high frequencies, whereas apps such as hwinfo indicate clock speeds falling below 1GHz during idle.
