Hello, I'm facing an issue where my CPU isn't functioning optimally. During benchmark tests, I notice fluctuating usage patterns and performance that falls short of expectations. On the BO6 test with 70% rendered resolution and medium/low settings, I'm consistently achieving around 93 FPS, though there are occasional dips to 45 FPS. The peak I've seen is 140 FPS, but the performance fluctuates in sync with the CPU's unstable usage. Despite no thermal throttling, the GPU bottleneck appears significant, especially when I switch to 1080P with low or off settings, where the benchmark flags a 90% CPU limitation. Even after updating drivers, software, and BIOS, and trying to disable DOCP and reset RAM, the problem persists. I've also tried booting into Windows Update mode and closing background processes. The only solution left is a full Windows installation, but I'm limited by slow internet and will need time for that. Any suggestions or alternatives would be greatly appreciated? My machine is a 5700X3D with 2080TI, 32GB RAM, using 3200M.2 SSDs.
Some users experience odd stuttering in AM4/5 devices due to missing chipset drivers or faulty functionality.
Beyond a handful of factors such as Windows Power Plan, a strange UEFI issue, or possible malware, the performance might just stem from the BO6 benchmark not being well-tuned for your system.
It's been noted that performance remains stable even at 1080p and low settings, indicating the issue isn't a GPU limitation. However, it appears the problem lies with the CPU, as it isn't functioning properly. I'm seeking clarification on what might be causing this malfunction.
Hello, confirmed it functions properly with Cinebench and stress testers.
