Processing power is minimal which causes consistent low frame rates regardless of situation
Since I began using my PC, it has been running quite shaky. I wasn’t sure what caused it, but I noticed the CPU was only using a little over 5% and never exceeding 30%. All cores were active, yet performance was poor and frame rates stayed low even when not playing games. Could someone help me figure out what’s going on?
