Hello, I'm working on assembling a PC while aiming for strong performance on a limited budget. You mentioned having a pre-built machine with a Windows 7 Home Premium OEM license—can you remove Windows from that setup and transfer it to your new PC? Thanks ahead of time.

The license is linked to the motherboard, meaning you'll need a fresh license unless you retain the board in your project. I haven't received any conflicting information yet.

Be careful—purchasing this requires a very risky procedure where you must share your screen with a G2A representative.

I prefer purchasing an 8.1 OEM license from a nearby shop.
