you got a powerful setup with the i5 4590, gtx 645, and a solid psu. the task manager showed high cpu usage in the 90s, which is normal for integrated graphics, but the gpu was only around 50% busy—so it seems the cpu might be the real bottleneck. i checked the specs and thought the gpu could be limiting performance by about 20%. you mentioned stutters and freezing mainly in valorant, even though it's a game that usually runs well on integrated graphics. since you used a vga cable and didn’t switch to dvi/hdmi, it might have helped a bit, but it’s unclear. overall, your hardware looks capable, but the cpu could be the limiting factor. let me know if you want more tips!

You're connected to the integrated graphics system. That's why it works.

as you mentioned earlier, i was using a vga cable for my second monitor, but since the gpu doesn’t support vga, i kept it. before going to sleep, i connected both devices to the gpu.
