I mainly engage in online competitive games such as CSGO and Valorant. Even with a 60 Hz monitor, I don’t cap FPS due to Linus’s video. When CPU usage hits 90–100% and temperatures reach 60–65°C, it’s still manageable. If you usually play 3–5 hours, limiting FPS can help reduce strain.

Your mistake. Don't stress until CPU usage stays between 90-95%. As long as temperatures and voltage are normal, you're all right. You can run at full capacity 24/7.
