while I was playing NFS Payback, my CPU stayed around 90% to 99% and my GPU around 50% to 60%. My system has a 10600K processor with 4.8GHz and a 2080 graphics card. I ran it at the highest settings for 1080p, adjusted the BIOS for overclocking and lowered the voltage to 1.260. It passed the stress test on C20 but crashed when I opened Payback. After talking to our expert, they suggested using windowed mode—only this setting works with NFS Payback, not any other game I’ve tried. They also said I should try that option and it might fix the issue.

A few games suffer from poor optimization. Don't try to fix them.
