Hey there! I see VCRuntime is using a lot of CPU power in Task Manager. Let's figure out how to reduce that usage. Any ideas? Thanks!

It's not unusual for a 29% value to be considered normal. It might be connected to a game or Visual Studio environment. You could halt it and observe the outcome. Access the control panel, navigate to uninstall, and check if it appears there. Sort by date to identify other installations from that day.
