my pc runs a 9th generation ryanze with 3600mhz ram, cl18 cpu, rtx3070, corsair power supply, and a 1000w motherboard. i recently upgraded the cpu from 7th gen to 9th gen. when playing games, it feels like performance drops significantly—every time i start a game, it runs three times slower, even though the camera lags. i've updated chipset drivers, installed amd ryzen master, and set ram to docp, but the issue persists.
