During the installation of a game, my CPU (i7 12700k) reaches full usage without dropping. This issue hasn’t occurred before, but no one knows how to resolve it.

It's normal,nothing to worry about. Probably because it decompresses the game. decompression workloads like that fully utilize the CPU...
