Hey, it looks like your CPU usage spikes to 60%+ even when you're just in the main menu. I checked some online benchmarks and they usually show around 30%. You mentioned reinstalling didn’t help, so maybe there’s another process or settings causing the high load. Let me know if you want to dig deeper!

The question is about whether the current setup matches the components used in the benchmark videos.

It seems your frame rate isn't restricted in the settings and you're achieving 740 FPS.

In the menu there, yes—but in the game I set a cap of 250, yet it still consumes a significant amount.

Esports game, FPS unlocked in menu, functioning smoothly. Overuse isn't an issue unless you're experiencing stuttering or unexpected high usage, which isn't happening here. CPU activity is normal since it's actively running without problems.

Absolutely, that's what I'm seeing because of the heavy usage. The game's maximum frames per second is 250, but my CPU usage spikes to 65-70% at times.

most benchmarks featuring comparable parts achieve over 200 fps using just the CPU, around 30% usage.

No, I don't use the same settings or resolution as those benchmarks.
