I experienced a laptop crash and can't access my Rtx 2060 anymore. The card appears in Device Manager but not in Task Manager. After trying to reinstall drivers, GeForce Experience reported incompatibility with the Windows version. I've updated Windows already. Someone might know how to proceed? My machine uses an MSI GL65 Leopard laptop with an i7-10750h and 16GB RAM (speed details uncertain).

Follow the instructions on the Display Driver Uninstaller video. Then reinstall the newly downloaded drivers.

It didn’t appear in Task Manager, and GeForce Experience isn’t functioning either. I realized I missed adding it earlier. The installation process remains stuck—express and custom versions are still happening. The download seems broken and doesn’t save properly. A pop-up appears, but nothing else changes; I keep having to restart the installation repeatedly.

Did you check the bios for a setting to toggle or turn off integrated or subtle graphics?

I discovered a fix, but I ended up upgrading to Windows 10 and resetting my laptop, which worked unexpectedly.
