Regardless of what I try, performance remains sluggish (average drop to around 25fps). Audio still exists but functions poorly, the built-in speakers now produce a weak bass for their size, and the display appears overly washed out due to RGB limited mode. There’s no way to enable full RGB, as the screen settings are fixed and not compatible with that mode. After the Windows 10 update, everything feels broken beyond repair. I’m unsure how to restore it to a working state, but a reinstall seems like the only solution. I don’t have a backup, which is frustrating. If possible, could someone suggest a way to get it back to its original condition? I’m considering a full reinstall now.

The update isn't removing properly, even though you can revert to earlier backups.

Well, I wasn't aware that update was the only option... I attempted it and now it shows "1803," but I'm not sure it fixed anything. The audio remains poor, the equalizer is barely working, and the picture stays blurry. I guess it was worth a shot after all... I’ll probably back up my files (maybe get a new external drive) and reinstall, or I’ll return it for the warranty. It seems they might have a chance to fix it. Thanks for the tip—I learned something today! A quick note: despite the ongoing issues, my game runs better at higher settings now than before (on "1803").
