Problems with USB3 connections and performance.
This morning I encountered some issues with my external hard-drive, downloaded drivers, and after restarting the PC, the USB 3 ports ceased functioning. When I connected a USB or another drive, the indicator light activated indicating power presence, but beyond that there was little else. My system runs Mobo, a Gigabyte 970A-D3P on Windows 10. Please note that the regular USB ports are operating normally.
