Problems with the random screen glitches and stalls during gameplay
Hey everyone, I've been having this issue for many months now and have attempted to troubleshoot but seem to be hitting a wall and am running out of ideas. Basically the issue only happens whenever I am playing any games, ranging from Apex, COD, Elden Ring, Fortnite, Assassins Creed Val or (the last one, names escaping me). I have a browser open on my second screen usually chrome or edge, either watching Twitch/YouTube videos or just open on a random site. Then mid game my screens flicker and then my browser completely locks up, I have to close it using task manager but not at the top of task manager, i have to go down to the background processes and close each one for it to actually close. All the while my game does stay open but not all the time, sometimes it will also crash with no error. Stuff I've tried: Updating BIOS on my motherboard to what ASUS has, yes I turned off ASUS crate or whatever deathtrap its called now. Reinstalled Win11 fresh from their site using a USB drive, it was also happening in Win10. Reinstalled Drivers for GPU, Reinstalled Games, I did have to change my XMP profile to 3000 instead of 3200 cause it would not load into windows at all. New DisplayPort cables for both monitors. Will try: taking out some RAM sticks and seeing if it happens with less ram contact NVIDIA to possibly do an RMA on my 3090.
