Here are some rephrased versions of your text:

- My setup includes an AMD Ryzen 7 4900G processor, an upgraded nVidia RTX 3070 GPU, Aorus B550 Elite motherboard (version 1.1 BIOS), 16 GB DDR4 RAM at 3600 MHz, a Corsair Vengeance LPX PSU rated for 650W, a 500 GB SATA SSD with Windows 11, and the system has shown some instability after installing the new GPU. The PC occasionally crashes during Fortnite with Epic settings and Raytracing, but usually takes longer to fail at lower settings. It never crashed while running the Heaven benchmark, even after continuous use for 30 minutes. Temperatures monitored via MSI Afterburner reached around 78°C during active use, with idle temps near 46°C. Benchmarking results matched expectations. However, userbenchmark sometimes fails to recognize the GPU. Recently, another issue emerged: the PC would either fail to boot with no graphics output or repeatedly power on and off before finally starting. I’m unsure what might be causing these problems and have tried updating BIOS, drivers, and everything possible. I also tested the monitor on a different machine, which worked perfectly, and confirmed that all cables were properly connected. I’m thinking about undervolting the GPU, but I don’t know if it would help. I’m at a loss and don’t have any clear solutions left.

Did you launch DDU in Safe Mode with Fast Startup while disabling automatic driver updates in Windows? Are there any issues or warnings appearing in the Event Viewer for nvlddmkm?

It looks like this might be your case. They clearly messed up the numbers on the label. You seem to have some short-term issues, maybe with your focus. Check out this link for more info: http://www.azza-tek.com/m/2010-1275-313804.php?Lang=en

@Levent I understand, the Founders Edition 3070 has a 650W rating. You're correct about the branded PSU—it's unusual. I don't know how well it would perform. I currently use a 650W PSU and the 3070 works fine now that I fixed my previous issues. @Bastirog, do you have another PSU available for testing? Perhaps a 700W one to check if it improves stability. Just let me know so you don't end up with it!

My device works well with an RM650x but fails unexpectedly on a Cooler Master Mastercool 650W unit. The 30x0 models are often prone to voltage spikes, making a reliable power supply more important than just the wattage, especially since those spikes can exceed twice the GPUs' power consumption.

It's the end of the line, a well-known problem with 3000 cards... For instance, an RMX650W could resolve the issue since it has one of the poorest PSUs ever produced.

Check the E tier for your present model at https://cultists.network/140/psu-tier-list/. For alternatives, this reference list is useful.

Receiving so many comments about my PSU has led me to consider switching to something else. I have another 650W unit from Aerocool that looks decent, so I’ll test that first. If it doesn’t resolve the problem, I’ll look into a higher-quality option. Upgrading wouldn’t be a waste even if it doesn’t immediately solve my issues. Thanks for all the help—I’ll let you know once I’ve tried it out.

It seemed the Aerocool MPC-Power 650w PSU was having issues, which wasn't unexpected given its reputation. I'm planning to test another reliable PSU to see if it would improve performance, especially with the 3070's sudden power demands. I've used this list as a guide and thought this model would fall into the B-tier range.
