Problems with RAM XMP settings

Hey everyone, I checked using Userbenchmark and everything seemed fine except for my RAM. The picture shows it didn’t perform well, and it mentions a possible link to XMP. But I’ve attached the BIOS RAM settings and confirmed XMP is enabled. What could be wrong? Any suggestions would be great! Thanks.

Check the available slots on your motherboard. It’s possible you’re using them incorrectly and not taking advantage of dual-channel performance.

I can provide a list of system specifications. Regarding taking screenshots of the memory tab, I don’t have the capability to capture images directly.

If it's in the final two positions, it doesn't fit correctly. It should come from the left to right slots 2 and 4 for a proper dual-channel setup.

A small chart on the bottom-left of your RAM ports indicates the order to select them.

Slots A2 and B2 were recommended by @Skiiwee29. This should boost memory bandwidth and improve the score.
