Noted, I encountered the same problem on an Asus X670E board after the July update. My RAM isn't reaching 6000 and using 5600 CPPC causes frequent crashes. It seems the BIOSes I have are the first 9000 compatible, possibly making suboptimal RAM settings for the 7000 series. I also think the CPU voltage might have been lowered, which could affect the memory controller. I'm hoping the next update will resolve these issues.

Sorry to hear this, it's frustrating when things don't work as expected. I was expecting better performance from the 2022 BIOS update, but I only managed around 3600MHz most of the time. The good news is I still had full RAM, and none of their newer versions can restore it. I can't locate the older model or try any workarounds.
