I recently reinstalled Windows 10 after encountering the Blue screen of Death. The system is now running smoothly, but each time I log in it prompts me to choose between volume 3 and volume 5. Other problems began yesterday night: I experience constant crackling in my headphones, my keyboard disconnects and reconnects during gameplay, and the RGB fans change colors unpredictably. I’m unsure what’s causing these issues and think there might be a problem with the motherboard, which is an ASUS B450-M. Help would be very much appreciated.

Downloading and setting up are different processes.
Did you install Windows on a 1TB HDD?
Was it a fresh installation or built on top of an existing one?
Have you verified the condition of that drive?
Download

Are you able to identify the BSOD error code?
When you mention that you "redownloaded Windows 10," what do you imply by that?
Have you reinstalled Windows on top of the previous setup?
Did you carry out a clean installation of Windows?
Was there a repair performed for the Windows installation?
If you restored Windows onto a faulty drive, it might not resolve issues with corrupted drivers, damaged files, or a bad disk.
Reinstalling Windows on a defective drive could still trigger errors.
Would you like to share your system specifications, such as model number?
Details about the motherboard, CPU, RAM, GPU, and storage would be helpful.
