Jesus, that seems really bad... the gaming plus boards usually aren't very durable, but have you attempted resetting the CMOS? The computer isn't even starting now. Could you share the complete system specifications?
The indicators clearly show if the LED components are present or missing, or if they’ve failed. For the CPU with integrated graphics, the motherboard BIOS might not recognize it because Ryzen CPUs with integrated graphics were released after this board’s launch. I’m too occupied writing this while @Mark Kaine shared his thoughts—something I’d do, but it would help to reset the CMOS and check for any reactions. Yes, it’s possible, but given this tier E board is quite old, it might have simply stopped working due to age. I’d use an infrared thermometer on the heatsinks since we can’t rely on software data for the VRM sensors to detect overheating. Most thermal pads perform this function, and it’s usually not a sign of dried-out pads causing VRM issues.
