This would set the default settings. Using the XPM profile to the sticks will put them in a slightly overclocked state, though right now the goal is simply to get them functioning near your desired position. Adjusting these timings later is possible once you know the optimal configuration with the chip you have. You can experiment with changes then, but feel free to revert to defaults if needed.
