GPU model: Zotac Twin Edge Oc 3070
CPU: 3900x

In most games I’m struggling to run anything below high quality at 1440p. High settings give a solid frame rate, but lowering the resolution causes stuttering and unplayable performance. I checked GPU usage and CPU load, using 50% or less GPU and 30% or more CPU, but nothing resolved the issue.

What games are you currently playing? Do you have the latest drivers installed? Could you share a screenshot showing utilization in Task Manager or a monitoring tool? Have you verified that your temperatures are within the normal range (50-70°C)?

Do you understand how to handle simple fixes? For instance, if XMP is enabled or disabled... What RAM setup do you typically use? Could you share details like speed, basic timings, or the number of sticks?
