I'm looking for assistance with your VM setup. You're using VMWorkstation Pro 16 on Windows 11 Pro, with a VM running Windows 10 22H2. The host has an Intel Core i9-12900K and the VM has 4 cores, 16GB RAM, DDR5 6000 MHz, plus an RTX 5080 GPU. When you move the mouse outside the VM window, FPS drops drastically to around 5 frames per second until you bring it back inside. You want the VM to stay responsive even when the mouse is detached. I've checked Task Manager and service pools, but no indication of the VM being in an E-level pool. You've tried optimizing keyboard/mouse settings for gaming, but results aren't improving. Any tips or alternatives?

I've included separate controls tied only to the host, yet it doesn't affect the outcome. Moving the primary mouse causes FPS to decrease, even with the secondary mouse/keyboard functioning normally in the VM.
