OS - Windows 10 PRO 21H2 x64 What version was originally set up on the device? --> Windows 10 is an OEM release (installed by default) or a full retail purchase? --> I modified Windows Version
Age of system (hardware) 2/3 years
Age of OS installation - have you reinstalled the operating system? 4 years
CPU model --> Ryzen 5 2400G
Video Card model RX 480 sapphire nitro 4GB
Flash memory --> 4GB
MotherBoard - (if not a laptop) --> Gigabite B450M S2H Power Supply
Brand & wattage (if it's a laptop, skip this)
Desktop - Since a few days ago my graphics card began to malfunction, producing random orange and green error screens. I removed the card and the system functioned, but after reinstalling it it stopped working again. I need to flash a patch. Would you consider restoring the original factory image? Also, the DDU test shows no audio front or rear panels responding, even though drivers were downloaded; they still don’t work.

You intended to reinstall the original BIOS onto the card. Since you've added graphics via Windows integration and have the GPU installed, flashing the original BIOS is possible. (Many guides are available online) For audio drivers, look up your motherboard name on its website and download the appropriate drivers.
