Displaying visual problems across most titles I play, including the one shown, with the figure positioned near the guy and around his thigh, the white border of his arm, plus rough edges in several games—even with a RTX 4080 Super 7950 X3D.

Turn off ray tracing in the games if it's active. When it doesn't affect RT or resolves the problem when turned off, proceed with DDU to remove your GPU drivers, then reinstall them via Nvidia Geforce Experience. If the issue continues after fully removing and reinstalling, the hardware might be faulty—consider returning it for repair or replacement.
