I recently upgraded to a new system featuring a Ryzen 7600, 7800X3D, and 32GB DDR5 RAM. I primarily use it for Rainbow Six Siege, but I'm experiencing much lower frame rates than expected (around 200 FPS at ultra settings). It seems the recent API changes or my monitor might be the cause. I'm not entirely sure how to fix this since my PC is otherwise decent.
