While the recording device is set as default, the voice isn't showing up in playback, but it works with the Windows Voice Recorder. What's happening?
I don’t have only a single microphone for testing, but the one integrated into my webcam functions well. As I mentioned earlier, just a short while ago—while recording voiceovers—I had everything working perfectly. Now, after a period without any activity, my mic seems to be malfunctioning.
I just recalled this. While there was a lull in microphone use this week, I added Oculus VR software. It seems to interfere with audio and recording devices, possibly causing the issue. Still, if the microphone is set as the default system device, it should work fine, shouldn't it? Yet...
