Problems with disappearing connections, delays, and brief pauses affecting exclusively Electronic Arts titles.
I recently purchased a new Samsung 27-inch curved monitor, and I'm experiencing significant performance problems when playing Electronic Arts titles. Specifically, games like Apex Legends and the Battlefield series (versions 1, 4, and 5) are running poorly. Prior to the monitor upgrade, I had no issues with other games, including Warthunder, Doom, Warframe, and Heliborne. My frames are consistently at 60 and 120 FPS. I’ve attempted troubleshooting by uninstalling and reinstalling the monitor driver, performing a complete graphics driver wipe, updating my BIOS, testing with 16GB and 24GB of RAM, disabling my antivirus software, and meticulously reviewing all display and graphics settings without success. Furthermore, I’m noticing connection speed problems primarily when playing EA games, despite having stable internet speeds during other activities. This manifests as performance issues, lag, micro-freezes, and ghosting. Could you offer any insight?
