When launching HOI4, my CPU usage frequently reaches 100% and the game becomes unresponsive with lag. I’ve installed the latest drivers.

When you're playing HOI4 later in the game, performance drops significantly—around 1945 is when it starts to feel very sluggish, making it hard to keep going.
