It has been several months since I purchased a gaming PC priced around 1,500 euros. This was my first computer, and I encountered problems while playing any game—it would stutter and become unplayable. I updated drivers, reinstalled Windows, installed MEI, Bois, and everything else I found online. When I went to the store, something unusual happened: the game I played wasn’t stuttering there, but it was on the PC I bought. They replaced it with another model.

The same issues occurred with this PC, including stuttering. I switched to a different CPU and GPU, then upgraded to an RTX 2080 with an i7-9700K. I discovered that power-related problems might be the cause. I contacted the electricity company, who checked my home’s power meter and found it faulty. They plan to visit next week to fix it. Could this be the reason for the issue?

Hey, I didn't connect anything until you fix that issue.
