I possess an HP Pavilion All-in-one 24-b010 with Wi-Fi built into Intel 9260. Roughly five months back, Bluetooth ceased functioning a few days after I mistakenly switched the System32 folder permissions from Trusted Installer to Administrative user (it was restored afterward after a Windows update). I reinstalled the drivers and reinserted the card, yet Bluetooth remained unresponsive. Might a file within the System32 directory have triggered this issue?
