I'm facing issues with my computer getting slow and almost crashing when I run file manager tasks like downloading PDFs or opening small files. It happens even when just opening the manager. I have a new Compaq laptop (under a year old) with an i7 6500U, 4 GB DDR3 RAM, and a 1 TB HDD. I'm not sure if the problem is with the hard drive or some malware. The model is Compaq 21-N121AR, sold only in Argentina. If anyone knows what's going on, I really appreciate it. Please note, my English might be a bit messy since it's my second language.
