Problems arise when the Windows PC fails to power down.
My PC has been experiencing this problem for several weeks. Sometimes it shuts down completely when I put it to sleep. I understand it’s sudden because opening Chrome shows a warning about not closing properly, and other times the screen goes dark while the PC stays on. To fix this, I need to hold the power button and force restart.
