Yesterday I powered on my computer but nothing happened. I unplugged the power supply, reconnected it, and the fans began spinning—GPU, CPU, and CPU fans all started. However, the power button didn’t light up, and it wouldn’t post. Also, the CPU area smells bad when I turn it on. All cables are properly connected. Help needed!
They appear fine, looking normal in black and silver at the top.
No, there are no additional brown or burnt spots on the motherboard.
I checked the issue and looked into possible fixes. I tested running without a video card, used just one stick of RAM, disconnected all drives, and more.
