I saved samsung Magician to examine your Samsung 980 Pro's firmware. Reports suggest drives are failing due to outdated firmware. I believe there might be another problem when checking the firmware details. My current firmware version is V0628A0, but I don’t have information about this specific version. Please see the attached photo for reference. The Magician app also blocks updates for this drive, stating it doesn’t support the feature. What should I do next?

I think only the 2TB versions are impacted. The 500GB and 1TB models appear to remain unaffected.
