It looks like you're facing stability issues with your 13700k at 5.5GHz. For low power usage, a 1.37V LLC3 seems necessary, but you're reaching thermal limits quickly—especially at full load. You've managed to play through some CPU-heavy games without problems, though benchmarks slow down. With your current setup (MSI Z790, DDR5, Corsair H150i), running it at 1.37V for regular use seems possible, but keep an eye on temperatures. If you keep the CPU busy mainly with gaming, it should be safe, but monitor performance closely.

Vcore equals vccsa equals vccio, approximately -1.45 volts at least as commonly agreed. Heat should be the primary issue, but with temperatures near 100°C you’re likely okay.

What's the core voltage when under load? Probably not 1.37v. Around 1.4 to 1.45v should work, but avoid thermal throttling. Use HWinfo64 during testing and ensure power limits are off.

Under full load, Vcore ranges from 1.365 to 137 ohms.

It's acceptable as long as the temperatures are within range.
