Which precise motherboard is this? Do you possess the model number or at least the chipset information? On budget motherboards, the RAM speed is typically capped, often not exceeding 2666MHz, and it may not even be possible to raise it further.

The B360 chipset only supports up to 2666MHz, which is its maximum capability. The i5-8400 processor is also fixed and can't be overclocked, leaving no options there.
