Hello, newbie here. I just set up a fresh configuration: motherboard Micro-ATX Gigabyte H610M with Intel Core i3-12100F 4-core, 3.3GHz turbo to 4.3GHz, 12MB Skt1700 RAM from G.SKILL Aegis 16GB (2x8GB) at 3200MHz CL16, plus Corsair TX 650M. The boot works fine with GeForce 750, but with the 780Ti it won’t even load any images. Any advice? Thanks ahead!

Do you have an alternative method? If yes, use the 780ti to verify the card's functionality.

It might also stem from poor video quality.

I verified it on my friend's machine, it started well via HDMI and DisplayPort.

If the card functions perfectly across systems, the main variations lie in how each motherboard handles power delivery. Your GTX 750 needs no extra power from the PSU, while the 780Ti 2x8 may have BIOS restrictions preventing it from starting.

Hello, 750 functions with a 6-pin extra connector, everything works properly. Tested both cables and consistently booted. No BIOS settings blocking the 780 boot detected. Attempted to turn off UEFI but it didn’t work. Also tried disabling CSM without success.

well I am at a loss and have had many many cards a lot with issues, but if there is no user error invloved in this (that includes all work arounds), then the only thing I can think of is for some unknown reason (to me) the card and the mobo just have a compatability issue. I have had cards before that just flat out refuse to work on 1 pc even on 2nd pc then on 3rd fine

Appreciate the thought, but it seems your PSU might be outdated. Your friend's 750W unit could handle your needs better.

Hello, I've tested a new PSU 750W. No luck with Gold, only tried the MOBO ASrock B450 (AMD). When connected to the NVIDIA 780 via DVI or DisplayPort, it works fine at my friend's place. But it doesn't work here at my house—same chipset, different PSU, but still 750W.
