I own an ASRock B450 HDV R4 motherboard equipped with an RX 580 and 16 GB of RAM. I planned to upgrade from a 1600 series to a 3600 series, but the system functions properly with the 1600. It fails to boot when using the 3600. I reinstalled the 1600 and everything operates correctly.

Updating your BIOS will allow you to use the 3600x.

Update your bio now and restore your 3600 time. This issue is frequent in the 3000s, so finding helpful YouTube videos should be straightforward if needed.
