Hi all,
I’m having issues with my Dell Vostro 15 3515. Suddenly it won’t turn on. There’s a small LED near the power cord that’s blinking three times orange and once white. According to the service manual, it should be the CMOS battery, but I can’t locate the coin cell. I’ve changed the main battery, but the problem persists—still three blinks, one white. Any advice on what to do?

The CMOS battery is located beneath the main battery, on the underside of the palmrest. Along with the battery, you must also remove the hard drive ribbon cable (do not damage it). If you feel unsure about this task, have it done by a professional.

It seems like you're suggesting that it might be just you. Consider visiting a store.
