The KB2267602 keeps attempting updates without success. This issue also occurs on other devices, including my laptop. I searched online, but no one else seems to be experiencing this problem. Someone could assist me with this. (It reaches 100% and the update prompt disappears without errors, but it reappears when I try to search for updates.)

Have you checked if restarting the laptop resolves the issue?

This situation didn’t seem very helpful, but I faced a similar update problem—this time it wasn’t about security. It happened with both my Ryzen 5 3400G and AMD FX 8320. I quit Windows 10 and tried Linux Mint 20 xfce on one machine and Popos 20 on the other. The issue I encountered was months ago, involving a new Windows 10 version that would try to install, then reboot, crack the SADs, uninstall, and then restart—taking anywhere from half an hour to three hours. It was really frustrating when you just wanted to play a game for an hour.
