You have an older system with an Asrock Z77 Pro 3 motherboard that behaves oddly. Whenever you attempt to connect a GPU, it immediately spins the fans at full speed and fails to display any output. The integrated graphics work fine. I've reset the BIOS, swapped out three different GPUs on separate PCIe slots, changed the RAM, and adjusted the power supply. Still, the problem persists. I'm really puzzled about what's causing this.

It might be an issue with the connectors. They could be failing to supply any energy.

You can observe the changes I attempted here. It's strange since I swapped the motherboard and several other components, yet the issue persists. Still, I believe it isn't just about those parts.

I used a full GPU fan speed and a black screen during power issues. This suggests a possible fault. If other boards run normally but this one does, it might mean either both hardware is bad or there’s a hidden problem.
