It seems the issue occurred after switching to Windows 11. Previously, the system ran smoothly with XMP enabled. It was running in legacy mode before that change. I've heard this can happen when the system is using single data rate, but I don't know how to verify or adjust that setting.

BIOS was outdated and lacked official support for Windows 11, which caused the issue.
