Hello everyone, I'm experiencing a BIOS issue with my system that's been running for about six years. Recently, I upgraded to a new liquid cooling setup and PSU (Cooler Master Masterliquid ML240l V2, EVGA 750 gq 80 Plus Gold 750W). After installation and startup, the system began looping into boot mode and remained unresponsive for two days. It only managed to boot once, displaying a CPU fan speed warning. When I accessed the F1 menu during setup, a black screen appeared and the BIOS failed to load again. Essentially, the PC won't power on or turn on at all—it repeatedly enters a boot loop. Occasionally, it shows signs of a short circuit, but I also notice certain Q code errors. My troubleshooting steps include: swapping RAMs and testing different slots, running with a single RAM stick, relocating the graphics card to various PCIe slots, removing the M.2 SSD and all drives before powering on, attempting a BIOS update via flashback, and even testing with the original PSU to rule out compatibility issues. Despite these efforts, I still can't resolve the problem. Occasionally, I suspect the issue stems from the BIOS itself, while other times it seems like a short circuit. I'm eager for your assistance. (The system behaves like in the related video.) x99 Deluxe Boot Loop I've tried everything and haven't found a fix. Sometimes I believe the fault lies in the BIOS, other times it appears as a short circuit. Thank you for your help. My system alternates between turning on and off, as shown in the video.)

I faced the same problem with an older ROG Asus x99 board, which often struggled with BIOS chips. I replaced it with a new one from online stores that came preloaded with the right BIOS. After installing it, everything worked perfectly and there were no issues. It was a cost-effective solution.
