You recently purchased Witcher 2 from the Steam sale, but when trying to launch it, the game freezes. I’m not sure how to resolve this issue. Your system specs are: AMD FX 8320, Windows 8, R9 270 graphics card, and 8 GB of RAM. Let me know if you need help troubleshooting!

Is the launcher visible? Have you checked the game files for accuracy? I've restarted it multiple times and experienced no problems.
