Hello, I've faced several connectivity issues with my wireless headphones over time. The problems vary but they consistently occur across different computers where the devices function perfectly. My thought is that the fault likely lies within my computer itself. I've reinstalled everything and updated the BIOS, drivers, and software settings. Now I'm dealing with specific challenges: the headset stops working if it doesn't receive any audio for more than ten seconds, disconnects after a restart or power-off, and fails when charging. During YouTube videos it drops out too. To get it back online, I have to reinsert the USB cable that came with the headset. Regarding the equipment, my headphones are Razer Kraken V3 Pro, paired with a Logitech G935, and they're connected to an Asus ROG Strix B450-F motherboard. My full system specs include an AMD Ryzen 7 3800X, ASUS ROG Strix 2060 Super, Corsair 3200MHz RAM (CL16), and Windows 11 OS.

It seems the built-in audio isn't working properly. Have you adjusted the USB ports to enter sleep mode? That might resolve the issue.

To check the sleep time for USB ports, you can use system tools like Task Manager or PowerShell commands depending on your operating system.

Tried a Bluetooth adapter from another device, it worked fine but caused some interference. Switched to the side port and now headphones function properly outside the house. Night and day make all the difference.

Sure, I understand. You're using a USB dongle with your headset, but your motherboard doesn't support Bluetooth.

Consider another spot for testing. A USB extension cord might be necessary.

Someone mentioned earlier that the Kraken v3 pro might have a software glitch causing the connectivity problems I faced. Here are some videos from users who reported the same issue. No fix has been found yet. Video 1: Video 2:
