I've encountered an issue with my PC. It takes a long time to boot, then the taskbar loads endlessly and the mouse turns into a loading icon while apps fail to open. Even after using system restore, the problem persists. I experienced data loss because of this. This occurred on Windows 10 when I restarted multiple times. I suspect an SSD issue or something else. I recently switched to Windows 11 in hopes it wouldn't repeat the same problems.

Does the problem disappear when switching to another Windows account? I experienced a similar situation where logging into Windows took anywhere from 30 seconds to several minutes for the desktop icons and taskbar to appear. Switching accounts resolved it immediately. I searched numerous tutorials but none provided a solution. Eventually, I had to reinstall Windows.

I accessed the lock screen menu for entering a password and selected the option labeled "switch account." However, the screen reloaded and displayed my name again, while the background of the lock screen was altered.
