I set up Windows 11 on my new PC and it linked with the Pantum m6550nw printer, but it wasn’t printing. Someone who knows how to troubleshoot this problem could help. I also experienced the same issue with my Windows 11 laptop after switching from Windows 10 and upgrading to Windows 11.

You're asking if the printer is actively working or just inactive. Are there any error alerts? Can you run a Windows test page? Is it possible to print using various apps or file formats like Word docs, PDFs, images? How is the printer linked—USB, Wi-Fi, Ethernet?

The printer is not working. I attempted to print a test page and some files, but it failed. It connects via USB directly, while the scanner functions properly.

Check if the cartridge still holds toner. Count the sheets in the paper tray. The scanner functioning means the device is recognized, but the printer pausing indicates it’s halting printing. If you operate the printer directly, can you access reports via menus or status pages? Confirm whether the printer produces copies when scanning.

The printer functions well with other laptops; the problem seems linked to a recent Windows 11 setup. Upgrading from Windows 10 to 11 resolved the issue.
