I'm attempting to set up Windows 10 Pro on two distinct builds (one with an AMD Ryzen and another with an Intel X79 XEON).
I've obtained the official USB installer from Microsoft, but each time I launch it I encounter the following error:

"The system cannot install required files. Ensure all necessary files are present and restart the installation. Error code 0x8007025D"

I've searched for solutions to this error code, but nothing appears to resolve it. The two systems differ significantly—one has a Ryzen 5 2400G with desktop RAM, while the other features an Intel XEON CPU and ECC RAM.

I've experimented with various RAM modules, different kits, and multiple SSDs (both 2.5" and M.2).
I created three separate USB installers from the Microsoft site.

Initially, the Ryzen build managed to install Windows 10 Pro using the first USB stick, but I couldn't download all official updates or install the AMD Adrenalin driver. No matter how many times I attempted this, it failed.

Now I've re-installed Windows, yet none of the USB tools are functioning properly—I'm unable to even get Windows 10 set up.
The installation error appears to appear very quickly and blocks further progress.

I've tested numerous components, created multiple USB drives, but nothing works.
This is unusual—I've never managed to install Windows 10 at all.

What might be happening here? Are there any possible solutions?
